Our American Strong Ale uses American two row malted barley and the darkest caramelized malts available. It is extravagantly hopped with four robust whole cone American hops; 81% of which are added to boil during the last fifteen minutes! The beer is named after Heather's two biggest fears in life (besides light beer and alien abduction). Tasting notes: dark amber with a sticky-toffee colored head; malty sweetness with hints of dried fruit and burnt sugar; nicely balanced with aggressive hop flavor. This brew is so good it inspired a movie.
