The Norfolk Red 2016 is made using 100% hops from the 2016 harvest of our friends at Carolinian Hop Yard. We used Magnum hops for the bittering and a mix of Cascade and Chinook for the later additions. We then used more Chinook and Cascade to dry hop after fermentation to produce a great balance of malts and the floral, herbal, and slight spiciness of the hops.
