For the Norfolk Red 2015 we took our popular Harvest Red recipe and changed out the hops so that we were able to use 100% hops from the 2015 harvest of our friends at Carolinian Hop Yard. We used Magnum hops for the bittering and a mix of Cascade and Chinook for the later additions. We then used more Chinook and Cascade to dry hop after fermentation to produce a great balance of malts and the floral, herbal, and slight spiciness of the hops.
