Oak-aged ale fermented on whole cluster pinot noir grapes. This adventuresome beer combines a recipe that is rich in pilsner malt and loads of whole cluster Pinot Noir grapes from Finnigan Hill Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains of Oregon. Diverse microflora and a six month stint on French oak have transformed this unique blend to express bright notes of cherry, plum, green peppercorn, along with a warm smack of spirits, baking spice and vanilla

Pours translucent caramel with minimal head. Aroma yields toasty malt and fruity tones. Flavor produces toasty malt, stone and citrus fruit with a bit of dark fruit, hints of woody hops. Texture offers decent body and peppy fizz. Get radical.
