330 ml bottle. Poured in the original Les Fous goblet an unfiltered hazy rich golden amber colored ale with a slighty beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is aromatic floral hops. The flavour is the same, aromatic floral hops, added to sweety malts, biscuits, spicy, pepper, dried fruits, nuts. The mouthfeel is creamy, very smooth and fully bitter. This light bodied ale has a lingering hoppy bitter finish. The aftertaste is very long and bitter. A very tasting ale from a tiny brewery which pretends to be the smallest one from France.
