Did you know that James McGill was a member of a group of wealthy families known as the ‘Chateau Clique’ in the 19th century? It is in his honor that our restaurant closes to McGill will be brewing: A beer of English origin type ‘Mild’, brewed exclusively with Bramling Cross hops. A beer low in alcohol but rich in flavor! A light beer despite its dark amber color. The different malts are well balanced and it has a low level of bitterness. It is Flavored via dry hopping. In short... a beer for all pleasure !
