A new beer in Lervig Aktiebryggeri’s range "Brewer’s Reserve", the creation of Lervig’s head brewer Mike Murphy. Hops: East Kent Goldings. Recommended serving temperature 10-12 degrees C.

Draught@CPH BF 2001. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some fruits, mild vanilla and wooden notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same along with some spices and mild grassyness in the finish.

330 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 10.0%. Deep brown colour, big off-white head. Pleasant malty aroma with notes of dark dried fruits, bourbon whiskey, vanilla and oak. The flavour is malty and medium sweet, balanced by decent hops. Again notes of dark dried fruits, bourbon and oak. Good bitterness in the aftertaste. Another excellent beer from Lervig’s head brewer Mike Murphy.
