Good roasty stout, a bit mellow for today's imperial variety. Chocolate, nuts, and burnt toast followed by a nice pacific northwest hop presence. Dark oily brown pour, thin dark tan head and spotty lacing. Medium to full bodied, could be more robust. Bitter hops and dark chocolate in the finish. Great name & label.

this is unofficially the red headed stepchild of yeti & stormking. high ambition, but it falls a bit short. that it reminds me of those awesome beers at all is a good thing, though. more hops come through than a majority of big stouts. nice, but not great.
