S.S. Transylvania was built in Glasgow, Scotland. Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Pours a large foamy beige head and has a dark copper brown appearance. Thick patchy lacing. Aromas are malty, toffee notes and faint resin hops. Flavours have a bit of a smokey intensity, with strong notes of bready and sweet malts. Some hints of nuts and spiced hops. Has quite a mild warming sensation on the palate with a bit of bitterness.
