Got a bottle at Dépanneur Rapido, Aylmer (version 3 on bottle). Pours a small foamy off-white head and has a hazy orangey amber appearance with some sediment clearly visible. Aromas of tropical fruit, spices, acidic. Flavours are fruity, some spice, hints of nutmeg. Somewhat sweet, with quite a bit of sourness coming in the finish, but settles down not long after. Has a dry and crisp mouthfeel. Even a little tarty notes on the palate. Medium carbonation. Average retention. The last part of the bottle was kind of a turnoff. Pretty big chunks came out and filled the bottom of the glass. I swished the bottle around to unsettle sediments but I guess not enough. A bit disappointing.
