En stærk lys ale efter belgisk inspiration, hvor tripel er en stærk klosterøl præget af malt og gær, som giver en krydret smag med f.eks. præg af nellike og peber, som stammer fra den trappistgær som anvendes. Tripel holder en alkoholprocent på 9%. Tripel er en decideret nydelsesøl som drikkes i små slurke alene eller sammen med gode kraftige sammenkogte retter.

Bottled (bought from the brewery). Deep amber colour, with some slight haze, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is rather malty with also quite a strong sting of spices ad mild alcohol. Flavour is spicy, malty, herbal with some alcohol and sweet malts. Also some yeastyness and quite strong fruityness as it warms up a bit.
