Bottled@the brewery. Deep ambery orange colour with mediumsized foamy beige head that leaves some lace. And stays for quite a while. Aroma is sweet and bready malts with some toffee, caramel, red berries, quite fruity hops as well as mild alcoholic notes. As it warmed up it also gave some slight toasted notes. Flavour is sweet maltyness, mild tobacco along with yeast, alcohol, quite a lot of fruits as well as some nice mild smoked notes. A rather complex and nice barley wine.
