My King’s Bay Irish Red Ale is brewed here at Dunbrody House with three distinct malts - Ale, Munich and Crystal - all made with our own Arthurstown barley, plus Fuggles and Cascade hops, and spring water from the old Boiling Well on the estate. It has a sweet, rich malty flavour, with caramel notes, a subtle nutty finish and hint of sweet pine on the nose. Great with food, or on its own.
