Sampled on 1/29/2010. This Belgian Tripel pours a medium orange gold color from a 22 oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel, fruity and sweet, with hints of orange. A medium bodied tripel. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet with lots of orange and orange peel. The hops are citrusy and herbal, Nice balance. Good carbonation. A touch sweet and a little un tripel like. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
