A beast of blending. La Roja that was foeder aged for 17 months, entwines with La Roja from a handful of former red wine puncheons that rested for 21 months. The result is a complex mellifluous blend of flavor and sophistication guaranteed to funk up your town.

750 ml bottle, blend 3 bottled 1/22/15. Pours hazy copper gold with a small white head that quickly goes to a light dusting that leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is sweet and tart acidic fruit and vinegar.
The flavor is sweet and tart sour fruit and acidic vinegar with some band-aid notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low prickly carbonation.
Overall, an OK sour but a little too sweet and vinegary with some off notes.
