From tap. Enjoyed a pint with heavy hors d'oeuvres in the Bier Garten at RFD Washington. Man, I love this brew! Dark brown with a persistent tan head and lots of lacing to mark each sip. Roasty, malty aroma foretells a solid, rich, balanced beer with a smooth mouthfeel. This is one tantalizing strong ale.
