the bareling brings this stout up to around 10% abv. Super smooth. Equal parts chocolate, vanilla, cherry and rye whiskey. So stinking smooth. I really enjoyed the base when this came out and really love it barreled. I think the rye as opposed to straight bourbon was a good call, and can't wait to have the barreled and unbarreled bottles side by side. Soon :)
