Pours clear mahogany with a fairly thick light tan head that leaves respectable lacing. Aroma delivers a strong note of caramel, supported by woody, dark fruit and toasted malt notes. Flavor features more woody and hop character, but caramel is still present and toasted malt makes itself known. Mouthfeel presents decent body and fizz, and a woody finish. Here come de Judge!
