This 8% abv delight is crafted with Belgian and American malts, European hops, and Ohio honey. The honey is added at the end of the boil to give this Belgian style triple an elevation in flavor and alcohol. The interplay of the fruit/clove character from our Belgian yeast and the local honey is apparent but not aggressive. A shy departure from traditional triples that is anything but timid. Named after the Hocking river.

Solid triple from Jackie O's. Nice fruity yeastiness, vinous and dry. Spicy with some clover honey to give a rounded smoothness. Golden yellow body, thin white head and stringy lacing.
