Light and cloudy yellow with a thin white head. I had very high expectations for this offering and the aroma did not let me down. Wonderfully tart and sour acidic body with pears and peaches. The flavor was nice, however it quickly delved into an offsetting cheesy aftertaste that made my decision on not to purchase a bottle to take back with me. Still a pleasant sour all in all.
