A Double Pale Ale style beer made with German Malt, Oats, and Pacific Northwest Aromatic Hops. The Crippla’ has a toasty malt back-bone and a clean floral finish. Hops: CTZ & Citra ABV: 8.7%! (which is a fluke, the next batch will be down to a drinkable mid-six percent) O.G.: 1.075 Grain Bill: Pilsner, Munich, Vienna, & Rolled Oats Food Pairings: Bitter Greens, Funky Cheese, Chili and Nachos.
