A double strong pale ale. "More bang for the buck". Hold onto your hats while drinking this one, 'cause it's a wild ride.

Tasted at the Bistro’s 13th Annual IPA Fest 8/7/2010. This IPA pours a light orange gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is orange and citrus, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet, orange and orange peel. Hops are grapefruity and citrusy. Medium bitterness. Good carbonation. Decent balance. A touch fruity at the finish. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter, with some residual sweetness.
