    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

50cl bottle pours with a deep mahogany colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up molasses, kind of a boozy hit, oak, thin caramel and then a bit of plum like fruity esters. The taste begins smooth with sweet molasses, smooth sweet malts and then a growing plum sort of sweet dark fruity ester note. To midway a mild almost red wine tartness shows up to counter the smooth supple sweetness that’s going on. Not sure how I feel about that as the sweetness was smooth and doing just fine as is. The sliver of tartness just adds that little pinch and actually adds to the experience rather than taking away. This is yet another tasty fun sipper. Keep up the good work.
