Questa birra nasce dopo uno stage presso la Caledonian Brewing Co. di Edimburgo. Birra di colore ambrato prodotta con il miglior malto da birra del Regno Unito, amaricata ed aromatizzata con luppolo del Kent (area sita nei dintorni di Londra adibita alla coltivazione del luppolo più tipico della Gran Bretagna), fermenta grazie ad un lievito liquido di grande qualità ad una temperatura di 20-21°

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Deep golden colour with a smmall white head. Aroma is mild leather, some rather sweet malty and fruity notes along with some alcohol. Flavour is fruits, sweet malts, mild leathery notes as well as some yeasty notes.
