We decided to brew a 100% local ingredient beer for our 6th Anniversary using malt from Valley Malt and hops from Four Star Farms. This American Strong Ale has notes of herbal & fruity hops with an underlying sweet malt character with hints of candied corn and unsweetened chocolate. A defined bitterness helps balance the malt and higher ABV.
