Mashed Potato Time is a 100% Brettanomyces ale fermented in oak foeders. The grain bill includes a foundation of Pale malt, a unique and biscuity heritage chevallier barley malt, and flaked potato to provide a starchy touch of body and a crisp finish. Magnum and Chinook hops contribute a bright bitterness, along with touches of spice, while a unique single strain isolate of Brettanomyces contributes loads of fruit and funk. So get up on your tail and grab a glass. It’s Mashed Potato Time!
