f You Must is a high gravity ale with Cabernet Sauvignon grape must that is fermented entirely with brettanomyces in an oak foeder. A simple grain bill of only two malts, and a small charge of clean bittering hops allow the fruity, tannic flavors of the grape must, and the slightly tart barnyard funk of the brettanomyces to shine. If dry, funky brett ales are your thing, you gotta try this beer…if you must.
