BORIS the Crusher made with coffee from the Hippie Coffee Company in Canton, OH. Freshly roasted coffee flavor and aroma add satisfying levels of complexity to this robust stout, perfectly complimenting its intense, rich roasted character. Cold infusion with whole coffee beans keeps the bitterness low and the flavor high!

Taps rich coffee with a thick and frothy, though not lasting, chocolate head. Aroma presents a heady mix of quality coffee, roast malt, chocolate, and a pinch of molasses. Flavor yields coffee, coffee and more quality coffee - oh, and roast malt, chocolate, molasses, a snippet of caramel and a touch of horehound. Texture offers firm, smooth, viscous body though not a lot of fizz. Come to Cafe Boris for your caffeine fix!
