Our first brew of 2016 didn’t go quite according to plan, due to the yeast going dormant during a cold snap over the weekend requiring it to be warmed up again before it reluctantly agreed to finish it’s job. Anyhow, this is more of the thing we do (so I’ve heard...) very well; golden, dry, bitter and hoppy with a good smack of citrussy, pine needly hops and a complex, easy-drinking yet hoppy finish... sounds good to us!…
