Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some alcohol as well as fruits, nectar and some slight bready notes. Flavour is much the same in a good balance. Nice alcoholic and fruity aftertaste. Gets smoother in flavour once the yeast is poured in.

Sampled on 5/7/2010. This Belgian ale pours a hazy orange gold color from a 33cl bottle. Medium to large sized white rocky foamy head, with excellent retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity, citrusy, and slightly spicy. A medium bodied Belgian Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, touch of citrus. Nice carbonation. A touch of tartness sneaks in there every once in a while. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet with a touch of tartness.

Pours out in a shady pale golden colour with a rich white foam. Lemon-zest, almond-paste, over-riped oranges and mild spicy alcohol in the background. Nearly full-bodied with notes of pale malts, spicy hops, apricots, candid-sugar, over-riped oranges, mild honey and peppery alcohol. Rather sweet finish of over-riped oranges, almond-paste and apricots. Decent Tripel.
