Our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine is robust and malty with notes of caramel, dark fruit, and toffee. These notes are accentuated by charred oak and brown sugar character from freshly dumped Bulleit casks. 1st use barrels impart an extra bourbon-ey character which helps to round out this British-style ale

Pours clear, bubbly mahogany with a fair tan head. Aroma furnishes earthy, roast malt, bourbon, toffee and spicy tones. Flavor gives roast malt, bitter woody, bourbon, toffee and subtle earthy notes. Texture generates fair body and peppy fizz. Don't whine, drink a barleywine.
