Looks about right, light yellow, a little cloudy. Smells like soap and grass. Flavor is a bit sour and the body is very fizzy, I spent a lot of time in Koln and this is like no koelsch I can recall.

Rich and creamy head on the pale colored kolsch. A buttery butterscotch aroma made the nose on this one a bit interesting. The butter notes carried on throughout this beer lending a bit of an oily touch to the mouthfeel and softening the finish. Not sure these notes were intended and not sure they are appropriate for this style.
