Named so for the area in which the beer is made. Hell Bay is the body of water also known as Cherry Hill Beach. This beer is a tribute to English style ales. It has a distinct malty, toasted flavour with a medium body. This beer showcases a combination of five carfefully selected malts.

Purchased at NSLC on my trip to Nova Scotia. Pours a slight hazed amber colour with a frothy warm cap, good retention and some creamy lace. Aromas of biscuit, caramel malts and floral hops that give out hints of apples. The taste is woody with some grassy hops in the finish. Decent dry end to it. Some nutty notes overall. Not a bad brew, but seems a bit off (not as well-balanced).
