Pretty foamy head with lots of large bubbles, which collapse fairly rapidly. Color of red with a hint of orange. Slight hint of malt in the aroma, but nothing overpowering. Thick body and mouthfeel. A bit of alcohol in the flavor, but nothing major. I bought this because the label mentioned being made with fig concentrate, but I’m not getting any overly sweet taste. Probably all fermented out I suppose. I like it. Has Belgian traits, but still is unique in flavor.
