Pours clear topaz with a thick and fairly persistent beige head. Aroma offers tart and sour, and slightly sweet, citrus and tropical fruit plus crisp fresh malt. Flavor provides tart tropical - definitely getting some pineapple - character plus guava and citrus, puckeringly sour, with subtle malt and a touch of resiny hops. Texture has fair body and perky fizz, with a tart fruity finish. Heaven & Ale, may you celebrate many, many more anniversaries
