It's robust, it's tangy, it's satisfying - welcome to July's special. Golden brown in appearance, Behind Bars has a distinctly toasty and hoppy nose with a roasty, full-flavoured taste. This beauty is a golden ale containing oat and roast malt. The three hop varieties used - Northdown, Green Bullet and Spalt Select - combine wonderfully to give a floral hoppiness and a clean, bitter finish.
