Our second collaboration beer with the lab at Audrey comes a mixed culture Farmhouse Rice Ale. We used a unique Koji strain that produces a citric acid in the farmhouse ale. We then used Carolina Gold Rice Malt and local strawberries that lend fruit and berry notes that pair well with the acidity from the Koji
