LuLu is a wonderful, dry and tart farmhouse style sour ale. We took our house lactobacillus strain, kettle soured a wheat and pilsner heavy malt bill and then added 500+ gallons of blood orange puree and 20 gallons of orange juice to fermentation. It is lovely and refreshing.
