Our Irish Red Ale is an ultra smooth, malty brew with a deep copper color. This beer really showcases the malt! We used authentic Irish pale malt in the grain bill which gives this beer a distinct toastiness. Chocolate Rye provides color and aroma without the harshness or astringency associated with dark roasted malts. The Magnum hops provide a very clean, mild bitterness
