A rich amber brown body with a fluffy off white head and blanketing lacing. Aromas of baker's spices, sweet rolls, light toast and caramel. Firm and medium bodied with a nice sweet warmth. Flavor is toasty, moderately nutty with plenty of sweet honey and holiday spices. A decent ale, although it's a touch sweeter than I like. All in all it's very reminiscent of a modified and less spicy GL Christmas Ale.
