This unique version of our monstrous Yeti Imperial Stout is aged for at least 12 months in whisky barrels from our friends and Denver neighbors at Laws Whisky House. The aging process produces a hugely complex but mellowed Yeti, with its signature roasted notes, hints of vanilla and oak, and spirit-influenced finish. Who says you can’t tame a beast?

    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 9

Pours deep coffee with a chocolate head that just about shades into the coffee brown. Aroma provides rich roast malt, chocolate, whisky, subtle coffee and molasses tones. Flavor adds mouth-filling chocolate, roast malt, whisky, molasses, coffee, some earthy notes. Texture features good firm body and lively fizz. Some good laws here.
