Drinking this at the Wausau location right now. Finally a beer here that taste better than it looked. Nice rich malty flavor, not much hops. Ok lacing and a respectable reddish brown color. Went well with my meal.

A really unassuming average looking beer. A slight malt aroma with maybe some caramel sweetness. The taste is full on caramel with none of the earthy peat flavors of a genuine scotch ale. I didn't think it was true to form but it was extremely tasty for what it was, I'd drink more of this.

Pours a dark brown colour, medium bodied, very well balanced. Touch of caramel and syrupy notes, not overly sweet but a very full mouthfeel with a soft hoppy finish.

A cloudy bronze pour with a thin white head; just a little lacing. A medium-bodied ale with a light caramel nose. Flavor is fruity-sweet up front and a long sweet fantasy of a finish that finally snaps you back to reality.
