Alright not what i was expecting at all. A dark but clear amber with a frothy white head. Tall adn creamy but quick to dissipate. Aroma is faint, soft floral notes, pecan and butter. Taste is sour! Tart, lemony citrusy uncharacteristically light and fruity. Back to the drawing board!

The nitrogen pour yields a super-creamy, thick, pure white head with excellent longevity and lacing. The body is a rich, golden color and the nose is extremely light; just hints of caramel and petals. The taste, too, is mild. It's the creaminess and smoothness that stand out. The flavors are of light malt with a slightly bitter finish. This is easy-drinking for sure; non-assertive and, for my money, lacking in true Irish character.
