Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in cabernet barrels with blackberries, Juliet is a tart, fruity, complex ale. Notes of wood, tannin, dark fruit and spice make Juliet an ideal beer to suggest to Pinot Noir enthusiasts and beer drinkers who are fond of Belgian sour ales.

An aggressively sour ale. Light in body, prickly. Berries, vinegar and oak are the main players in both aroma and flavor. Some lemony funk in the flavor as well. Really nice brew.

Very nice sour. Tart and fruity. Very pretty in the glass. Serve in flutes and share with friends (as long as they like sours too otherwise you'll be wasting this gem on some random unappreciative slob).

A fine barnyard funk of chicken shit and outhouse greet the nose with a nice lively sour punch. The flavor is fairly fruity with strong mouth puckering ability. I really liked this served cold but it seemed much more lively as it warmed. Great sour.

Ah yes, I’m ready to give Juliet the GOOSE! This poured a reddish pink color with a white head. The aroma contains cherries, apples, and vinegar. The flavor is sour with more cherries, apples, and vinegar. Some spices notes show through. Overall I dig sours and I dig this too!
