Matilda transcended into a wonderful creation. I've had this a few times on draft since it's release and was able to enjoy it again yesterday at the Blues&Brews festival. Inviting aroma of woody, sour fruits and yeast. Refreshingly tart and near perfect in regards to the feel. Strong tart fruit flavors followed by a solid Belgian golden base. A bit of barrel influence to fine tune this wonderful creation.

Sampled it first at the Malt House, and then quickly decided to order one. Poured into the chalice so elegantly. This is why I look forward to the style addition of sour so that ye may know this is not a FS. It's wild, it's sour but it's tame and respectful. CAn't beat around this bush. Naturally superiour and delicate on the palate. So glad I got to try this brew!
