Exported as George Gales Best Bitter A new beer created from an old recipe in the Gales brewing book. Originally available as a seasonal in September, now a regular. A delightful beer full of spicy hop notes with a fruity maltiness. Five pence from every pint of Seafarers Ale sold will be donated to Seafarers UK, a maritime charity. 3 Seafarers is brewed to 3.6% abv and is a delicious, thirst quenching ale. The secret of the hugely satisfying, refreshing taste of this light, amber beer is in the blend of finest quality English malt, Admiral hops and the unique Gales yeast. Well developed fruity malt flavours and gentle bitterness sail through to a satisfying hoppy finish.

Cask, as George Gale Seafarers Ale, at the Euston Flyer, London. Deep golden colour, low head. Moderate fruity aroma, some nutty hints too. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate nutty flavour, moderate hops.

Cask. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, some slight dough, mild bready malts as well as some sight yeast like notes. Flavour is mildly roasted malts, rather bready and doughy with some slight wooden and fruity notes.
