Pours opaque coffee with a thick and frothy, though not too persistent, parchment head. Aroma presents maple syrup, roast malt and a hint of cinnamon. Flavor yields maple syrup, sweet but not cloying, plus roast malt and hints of cinnamon and woody hops. Texture offers firm, smooth body and perky fizz. A toast to the French!
