For this Encore presentation of Triolet, Altra Volta, we racked our first blend of one, two, and three year old Lambic inspired beer into beautiful, freshly emptied Muscat de Rivesaltes casks. The extended time in these casks turned the dial up on the inherent fruit qualities of the original blend with bright/fresh white grape and apricot
