Michigan didn’t invent old-fashioned fudge, but it was perfected here. We pay tribute to this time-honored tradition with KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge. By amplifying the rich chocolate notes of KBS using Mackinac Fudge coffee, then adding maple syrup and aging it in oak bourbon barrels, we’ve created a bold new take on our barrel-aged classic – one that could only have originated in Michigan.

Pours coffee brown with a thick and lasting cocoa head. Aroma offers roast malt, quality coffee, smoky, maple syrup, bourbon and subtle woody tones. Flavor yields roast malt, coffee, maple, bourbon, subtle chocolate and woody notes. Texture provides good body and peppy fizz. KBS never fails to delight!

Had 12oz of this at my local bottle shop, where they also offered 16oz, and I'm glad I only went for the 12! Strong beer with a fantastic, brown, thick head. Super dark brown. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, maple, and bourbon. Thick and sweet. Too sweet for my liking, but its to be expected. Try it if you find it.
