This is our assistant brewer Diana Salazar's first beer for Forked River. Scotch ales are her favourite, so what else to make but a scotch ale! What Lies Beneath is a very malt forward, full bodied beer, with notes of caramel and toffee, and a bready aftertaste that lingers softly. Great with desserts!
